Terms of service and Client list Template for Artists (Ita-Eng)

I've worked for 4 years with various clients without a document that would define the methods, limits and conditions of the job... and let's say it's not something I recommend doing. If you don't clarify things from the beginning the client could take advantage of you and make you spend more time and resources than necessary on the job. I therefore decided to create an information document that protects me in a preventive manner from these types of stuff and than I asked myself: why not share it with others?

Here you will find two documents (Eng, Ita) with the Terms of Service and a Template to organize your customer list and not lose anything along the way.

Obviously this is what I structured for myself, feel free to modify it according to your needs.

Nothing incredible but it could come in handy.
